our company
Our founder, Charlie Walker has lived on the edge of the Peak District, a short walk from Lyme Park, for most of his life. Having visited many of the beautiful villages nestled within the peaks and a little further afield, the Lake District, he realised the importance of having clean and welcoming accommodation to make use of for tourists wanting to arrange stays in the area.
It is this understanding of peoples needs when walking, cycling or motorcycling that led to the creation of Just ASSC Property. Inspired primarily to help provide short-term accommodation to visitors, or to help existing property owners make the most of their property in these geographical areas of such beauty, we believe that there must always be somewhere suitable for people to stay when they take the time to visit our ‘back garden’.
Charlie has enjoyed years of cycling and motorcycling in these areas personally and fully understands what types of property fulfil the needs of different visitors; it is this personal experience that gives us a clear insight into the market and how best to deliver value to both visiting tourists and when working alongside existing landlords alike…
